Matt has experience in taxation with an emphasis on tax planning for small to mid-size business owners. He offers advisory services throughout the business cycle from formation to scale-up to succession planning. Matt is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Certified Valuation Analyst. He provides valuation services for clients looking to buy or sell a business. Matt is a member of the AICPA and the Ohio Society of CPAs. When he is out of the office, Matt enjoys traveling, hiking, biking, and spending time with family.
